Fast, Responsive, Affordable Home Design

 The motto at the top of the page says it all: my goal is to provide fast, responsive, affordable home designs to each of my customers.  

 I won't keep you waiting. When customers send me their first wish list, I typically hand a rough draft back to them within a day or two, excluding weekends. When they approve the final designs, I typically have the completed plans ready within a week. 

I pride myself on being responsive to my customers’ queries. I usually complete minor floor plan tweaks in a day and bigger changes don’t take much longer as long as we’re not too far in the design process.  

I work hard to keep my prices down, but I also watch my customers’ evolving home designs for anything that might unnecessarily increase their building costs. Is that garage so wide that the ceiling joists must be upgraded to engineered beams? Did the house’s square footage creep high enough that a second HVAC system is now required? These can be expensive surprises, and it’s my goal to catch them. 

And lastly,

 There aren’t many designers who have also built the homes they’ve designed, and there are even fewer who have done it for twenty years. I bring that experience with me to every project.
